Generally TPMS sensors have a 5-10 year battery life in them, so if your vehicle has problems with them, they might be drained, unfortunately most of the time the batteries cannot be changed and the sensors need to be replaced with new ones.

Contact us if:

Before the alignment we have to make sure that all of the parts are installed correctly and are not showing any signs of wearing, the alignment should only be done if the running gear is in perfect condition.

When and how to do it?

An alignment is recommended every seasonal tire change, or when we experience symptoms of a bad running gear part or after a repair on those parts.

Look out for these symptoms:

• Knocking noise
• Screeching noises coming from the wheels while turning
• Uneven wearing of the tires
• Shaking steering wheel while braking
• Hard to turn steering wheel
• Pulling of the steering wheel to one side

In our shop we use a modern John Bean 3D machine and we are working from an up to date database..

We need to measure the boiling point of the brake fluid at least annually with the general maintenance, this is to make sure that it is above the correct limits, if the braking fluid becomes too humid it can vaporize and the vehicle can lose the ability to brake at all. This is extremely dangerous.

It is necessary to check the condition of the fluid and the boiling pont annually, change it every two years or 40.000 kilometers.

In Hungary most of the vehicles on the road that are older than 5 years do not have regularly maintained brake fluid.

Be aware of these symptoms:

• Screeching, metalic noise when braking
• Pulling or shaking steering wheel when braking
• Soft long brake pedal feel
• Shaking of the brake pedal while braking
• Rolling car while parking brake is engaged
• Scratching noise (even without braking)

Look out for these symptoms:

• Warm air when A/C is turned low
• Weak air flow
• Bubbling and hissing noise when turning on the A/C
• Noises from the engine compartment

• Bad odour coming from the vents

After meeting with the client and inspecting all the possible issues and solutions of the A/C system, we can make an enquiry of the repair for the client to decide.

We can also disinfect the cabin with ozone and disinfect A/C system which is recommended annually.

Repairing an automatic transmission is always expensive and frustrating due to the complexity of them. It is also really hard to find mechanics who are willing to work on them, but most of the time they are not even repairable.

Changing the fluid is NOT a repair, only MAINTENANCE. before going forward with a fluid change, we need to make sure that the transmission does not already have symptoms of a malfunction. If there is something broken inside the fluid change can cause more problems, with the fluid change we can extend the life of our system and save ourselves from expensive repairs.

Changing the fluid is recommended still because it cannot do your transmission wrong, it can only make it better.

During the process we can see the clearing of the fluid in the machine and we can also add cleaning agents to freshen the system even more.

When to change?

If there is a manufacturers guideline on the process we should follow it, if there is no guideline regarding the transmission it is recommended to do it every 60.000 to 100.000 kilometers.

In our shop we work with a Mahle Brainbee AGC-9280 ATF machine that includes modern measuring technologies, it has most vehicles in it's database and is completely automatic!
